Automated system for measuring cargo

The system controls the fully automatic payload in passing through the scales cars. It provides real-time data, and periodic reports containing date and time, number of vehicle and load weight. Automatic detection of vehicles passing through the scales as well as their direction of travel is done by mounting a sensor on the vehicle and antenna for their registration located on the approaches to the scales. The weight of the vehicle is monitored by data from the electronic scales.

Register following events:

» passing car in the scales
» recognition of its direction of movement - input or output from the facility
» measurement of total vehicle weight (tare + net)
» measuring an empty vehicle (tare)
» calculation of payload (net)

The system is easily integrated to existing measurement points cargo as can fully replace service staff and provide automated data payload.
